meshO Manager

Run the whole event from one laptop.

Event timing and management software. Install it on one computer; everyone else — the download desk, registration, commentators, arena TVs, spectators’ phones — opens it in a browser. With or without radio controls.

The meshO Manager event dashboard: event data, competitors on course over time, quick actions and card download

One install

No copies to keep in sync and no separate database. Every other device just opens a web page.

Everyone sees it live

A download, a radio punch, a status change — every connected device updates the moment it happens.

Roles split across people

Downloads, missing punches, late entries and commentary at once, from different devices.

No internet needed

A local network is enough on the day. The internet is only for downloading updates.

FAQ

Questions organisers ask

Do I need meshO radios?
No. meshO Manager times an event from e-card downloads. Radios add live punches from the course when you want them.
Is it really free?
Yes. Download it and use it for any event.
Do I install it on every laptop?
No — on one computer only. Every other device opens it in a browser on the same network.
Can the download desk be a different laptop?
Yes. Cards are read through the browser, so any laptop on the network with Chrome, Edge or Firefox 151+ and a reader can be a download station.
Does it need the internet on the day?
No. A local network is enough. The internet is only needed to download updates, or to publish results online.
Can I bring entries from Eventor?
Yes — create the event from Eventor, or import IOF XML or Orienteering JSON from other systems.
